How do I book a repair?

Use our online booking form to tell us your device, the fault, and your preferred service type — drop-in, call-out or post-in. We'll confirm your booking and have the repair ready, usually the same day.

Can you come to my address for a repair?

Yes — we offer call-out repairs for customers within approximately 5 miles of our Cheshunt shop (EN8 8JQ), or up to 10 miles to the north. Enter your postcode in the booking form and we'll confirm whether a call-out is available in your area.

Can I post my device to you?

Yes — we accept devices sent by post from anywhere in the UK. Select the mail-in option in the booking form and we'll send you packaging instructions. Most postal repairs are completed and returned within 1–2 working days of receipt.

How long will my repair take?

Most phone screen and battery repairs are completed within 30–60 minutes of drop-off. PS5 HDMI repairs typically take 1–2 hours. We'll always give you an estimated time when you book or drop in.
