Repair costs vary based on your specific device model and the parts needed. For example, an iPhone 15 Pro screen costs more to replace than an iPhone 11 screen. We always give you a fixed, confirmed price before starting any work — so there are no surprises.
Our 12-month warranty covers both the parts installed and the labour involved in the repair. If the same fault reoccurs within 12 months — for example, the replacement screen develops an issue — we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage after the repair.
No — our no fix, no fee policy means that if we cannot successfully repair your device, you pay nothing. We will return your device in the same condition we received it.
