Common Questions
FAQs for school IT teams
Yes — we accept purchase orders from schools and academies. Simply raise your PO and send it to us before or alongside dropping off the devices. We'll invoice against it on completion.
Most iPad screen and battery replacements are completed within 48 hours. For larger batches we'll agree a timescale upfront — typically 3–5 working days for 10+ devices. We'll keep your IT coordinator updated throughout.
Our no fix, no fee policy applies to all school repairs. If we can't fix a device you owe us nothing. We'll provide a written report explaining the fault, which can be useful for insurance or asset write-off purposes.
For larger batches of 10 or more devices, we can arrange collection and return delivery within Hertfordshire. Contact us to discuss this option and we'll work something out that suits your school's location and schedule.
Every repair comes with our 12-month parts and labour warranty as standard. If the same fault recurs within 12 months of the repair, we'll fix it free of charge.
Yes. Physical repairs such as screen and battery replacements don't affect MDM profiles or device management settings. Devices will return exactly as they were — with all apps, restrictions and configurations intact.
