We quote a fixed price before starting any work. If we find additional faults during the repair that weren't visible in the initial diagnostic, we'll contact you before proceeding — your quote won't change without your agreement.

No — same-day service is our standard. We don't charge a premium for speed. The price you're quoted is the price you pay, regardless of turnaround time.

Our 12-month warranty covers parts and labour on the specific repair we carried out. If the same fault returns within 12 months of the repair, we'll fix it again free of charge. The warranty doesn't cover new damage (e.g. a phone dropped after screen repair) or unrelated faults.

Third-party repairs can affect your manufacturer warranty — however, most phones and consoles we see are already out of their original warranty period. We'll always advise you honestly on this. In many cases, the choice is between a voided manufacturer warranty and a working device.
