You can drop it at any Post Office or courier drop-off point yourself, or we can arrange a Royal Mail collection or drop-off from your address from £10. We'll send you the booking details once you've been in touch.

We Repair It — Same Day We Receive It

Once your PS5 arrives we'll carry out a free diagnostic, confirm the fault and begin the HDMI port replacement. We aim to complete the repair on the day it arrives. We'll text or call you once it's done.

How to Package Your PS5 for Posting

Good packaging protects your console in transit. It doesn't need to be elaborate — just well padded.

Packaging Checklist

These steps take about 10 minutes and ensure your PS5 arrives safely.

Remove the disc from the drive (if applicable) and any accessories. Only send the console itself — no controllers, cables or power leads needed.

Wrap the PS5 in at least two full layers of bubble wrap, covering all corners and edges. Pay particular attention to the corners — these take the impact in transit.

Place the wrapped console into a sturdy double-walled cardboard box. There should be at least 5cm of padding material (scrunched newspaper, foam, or more bubble wrap) on every side between the console and the box wall.

Include a piece of paper inside the box with your full name, phone number, return address and a brief description of the fault.

Seal the box securely with packing tape — all seams, not just the top flap. Write our address clearly on the outside.

Please use a tracked postage service and keep your proof of postage until your console is safely back with you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
